Training
One of the applied science universities has introduced a new educational model to enable students to summarize and present their educational achievements when they enter the labour market. The aim of the university is to develop students' competencies and result-centred attitude. As a lecturer, I conduct courses for local and international students in English and Hungarian on various topics, such as Personal Effectiveness, Collaboration, ePortfolio, Presentation. I wish to make all my courses to be attractive for my students the rough digital learning technology. I use online interactive Web 2.0 tools to fulfil their expectation. I am a university lecturer for around a decade.
Education
I was invited to be the lecturer of Conflict Management and Stress Management university course in the Election Specialisation. I create my lectures by interactive Web 2.0 tools. During my lectures, the students can send their questions, opinions and evaluations online to me. At the end of the course, I create the exam questions in an online quiz format.
I also wrote a university textbook on the subject that became a compulsory curriculum related to my course at the university. Every year, I have some students who write their final examination papers based on my course.
At the end of the course, I am a member of the final exam committee.
